Led this project to automate the reconciliation, maintenance and posting of Goods Received versus Invoices Received. Executed numerous value stream mapping exercises with multiple Teams across the globe. Established lean, standardized ways of working keeping room for Country-specific nuances and ensuring cleaner, structured and validated data input sources are adopted to enable the ease of implementing Automation and the chance to scale. This automation program was rolled out to 43 countries over 78 weeks (1.5 years).
