The process included creation of indent, creation of unique employee ID, Active Directory account, acquiring physical assets (laptops, virtual desktops, security tokens, etc.), assigning and tracking all mandatory training as per role/profile.

Executed numerous value stream mapping exercises with multiple Teams across the globe. Established lean, standardized ways of working keeping room for Country-specific nuances and ensuring cleaner, structured and validated data input sources are adopted to enable the ease of implementing Automation and the chance to scale. This automation program was rolled out to 43 countries over 78 weeks (1.5 years).
